General Terms

By accessing or using the 8abd platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between 8abd and the user.

8abd reserves the right to amend, change or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform and will take effect from the date of the change. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the new terms.

These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

Account Registration and Verification

When opening an account on the 8abd platform, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. 8abd reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided.

Registration Requirements

• Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth and contact information provided at registration must be accurate.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. The password must not be shared with any third party.
• If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately.
• Accounts are non-transferable — you may not allow any other person to use your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

8abd may request identity documents, proof of address or payment method documents at any time. KYC verification may be mandatory before withdrawals. Failure to complete a verification request may result in delayed or suspended withdrawals.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the 8abd platform. Only those aged 21 or above are permitted to open an account and participate.

Online betting and casino is strictly prohibited for minors. If a user is found to be below the required age, their account will be closed immediately and their balance may be forfeited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

• The payment method used for deposits must belong to the user — third-party payment methods are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if wagering requirements have not been met.
• 8abd reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for verification purposes in the case of unusual transactions.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
• Bonus promotions may have a specific validity period — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• 8abd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion.
• If misuse of a promotional offer is suspected, 8abd reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, cancel the bonus.

VIP Program

The 8abd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Users are promoted to a higher tier based on their activity and participation.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the 8abd platform are conducted under fair and transparent rules. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless an exception occurs due to a game system or technical error.
• 8abd reserves the right to cancel any game affected by a technical error or system failure and to refund the related bets.
• If a technical error is found to have affected the outcome of a game, 8abd may void that result.
• In sports betting, the official match result is considered final.
• Casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair outcomes.

Cricket and Sports Betting

Specific event terms apply when betting on cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup. The refund policy for cancelled or drawn matches will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant event.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonus benefits or claiming promotions through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to influence the gaming system using any software, bot, automated tool or other technology.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Using a third party's account or allowing a third party to use your own account.

• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

Account Suspension and Closure

8abd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is established.
• If fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any existing balance must be withdrawn before closure (subject to wagering requirements being met).
